Buzz utilises Slice Media to obtain media coverage. A division of Media Monitors, Slice monitors Australian and New Zealand media from over 2,600 news sources including newspapers, magazines, journals, AM and FM radio, television, blogs and websites.
Relevant to each project or client, we set up a tracking folder to monitor the following Australian media - national daily papers, capital city daily papers, regional non-daily papers, regional daily papers, suburban papers, rural papers, lifestyle magazines, business magazines, science and technology magazines, trade magazines, national TV, national radio, metropolitan TV, metropolitan radio, regional TV, regional radio, internet news and internet blogs.
Buzz receives email alerts from Slice Media notifying us of recent media coverage. The bulk of the coverage is received each morning, while major news coverage is emailed as it occurs. The articles are saved as PDF files and then distributed to each client by email. If anything requires action or a response, we will advise the client immediately.
Buzz consultants have extensive experience working with government departments. Whether it’s planning an event around a ministerial announcement or drafting a joint media release, we understand the approval process and always adhere to protocols.
